Gut-renovating Re-Bath's digital presence (fixtures included)

The Challenge

Re-Bath is a national bathroom remodeling franchise with hundreds of locations across the U.S. The problem? Their website felt stuck in 2010, and their brand had stagnated right along with it.

They'd just completed a lite internal rebrand—new guidelines, fresh positioning—but their digital presence hadn't caught up. The site was dated, the user experience was clunky, and they weren't converting traffic into leads the way they should have been.

They needed a full website overhaul that would honor their new brand direction while pushing it further for digital. And they needed it to actually perform—not just look better.

What I Did

  • Led web design from wireframes through final production

  • Partnered with SEO team to restructure site map and navigation

  • Collaborated with freelance UX designer on user flows and wireframes

  • Worked with senior copywriter to develop conversion-focused page content

  • Designed 12+ page templates for desktop and mobile

  • Created modular design system for flexibility and scalability

Building on a fresh foundation

Re-Bath had just wrapped their internal rebrand, so we had new guidelines to work with—but guidelines designed for print and physical spaces, not websites. We had some freedom to push and adapt what would actually work for digital.

I partnered with our SEO team to overhaul the site map, making sure the structure supported both user needs and search visibility. Then I worked with a freelance UX designer on wireframes and user flows, and a senior copywriter on conversion-focused content. My job was taking all of that—strategy, structure, copy—and turning it into a cohesive, high-performing website.

The timing was perfect: Re-Bath had just completed a professional photo and video shoot, so we had strong visual assets to work with. I leaned hard into those—clean, bright imagery that showed the transformation their service provides.

The overall vibe: light, modern, airy. Clear user journeys, obvious CTAs, pages designed to convert browsers into leads.

Designed to convert

We created a dozen core page templates—homepage, service pages, location finder, gallery, contact forms, about pages—plus a library of reusable modules that Re-Bath could mix and match for regional needs or seasonal campaigns.

Every page had a clear conversion goal: get people to request a quote, find their local franchise, or call for a consultation. No dead ends, no vague CTAs, just direct paths to action.

The modular system also gave Re-Bath's team flexibility to create new pages without needing a designer every time—important for a franchise model where regional locations need to move fast.

The result

The redesigned site launched with immediate impact:

  • 36% increase in lead generation

  • 39% increase in page views

  • 2:26 average time on site

Beyond the numbers: the site finally matched Re-Bath's updated brand and gave them a digital presence that could compete in the home improvement space. Clean, modern, trustworthy—and built to turn traffic into actual business.
